On Location in CT, HeadRush Handles the Spotlight

In August, 2010, HeadRush Creative completed production on Riddell’s “Worlds Apart” television commercial.  The thirty second spot, which featured the superior football equipment Riddell supplies to both professional and youth football players, took weeks to plan, two days to shoot and several hours to edit, but it was time well spent.  HeadRush’s organization and creative efficiency streamlined the production from the get-go.

With Riddell’s messaging objectives firm in mind, HeadRush created and storyboarded a winning concept, penned a script, hired actors, booked shooting locations, designed sets and wardrobe, hired a photographer for print collateral, and coordinated (and catered) a two day shoot for a hard working cast and crew.  No small feat, considering a day one cast of volunteer youth football players, coaches, cheerleaders and parents; and a day two reimagining of the Yale Bowl in New Haven.

Next, with a hand in post-production, HeadRush recorded the voiceover, laid down the musical score, and put the finishing touches on a final cut that aired on NFL Network and NFL.com.
